For bigger parts or multiple items that require more extensive work, we charge a flat rate of NZ$150.00 per hour. This allows us to dedicate the necessary time and expertise to achieve the best possible finish for your project, from motorcycle engine cases to alloy wheels.

For smaller, one-off jobs, our services start at just NZ$45.00. We can provide you with an estimate before we begin any work, so you can decide if you'd like us to proceed.

Factors affecting cost

The condition of your item plays a role in the total time and cost. If a part is particularly dirty, greasy, or has old paint on it, we prefer if you clean it first. However, if you're unable to, we can clean the parts for you. Please note that the time taken for pre-cleaning is charged at our standard flat hourly rate.

Getting an accurate estimate

Since every item is unique, the best way to get an accurate estimate or quote from Paengaroa Vapor Blasting is for us to see the item. This helps us understand its condition, size, and the amount of detail required for restoration.

If you're unable to bring the item to our Paengaroa location, you can send us a few photos. High-quality images from different angles will help us estimate the time needed for the job. Without seeing the item in person or through clear photos, it's very difficult for us to provide an accurate time estimate.
